The United States Post Office Postmaster General's records page for pre-statehood Oklahoma provides information into Alsuma, Creek Nation, Indian Territory's first postmaster.  His name was Elmer Jenks, the son of now Jenks Oklahoma's namesake.  He is listed on the seventeenth line of the full record which I enlarged for easier viewing.
Note its initial name of Welcome, Creek Nation, Indian Territory which was recorded on 7 May 1905 to the change of Alsuma on 12 July 1906.

Line seventeen above shows the name change from Welcome, Creek Nation, Indian Territory to Alsuma, Creek Nation, Indian Territory.  Above it on line thirteen note the change of the Post Masters for Jenks, Creek Nation, Indian Territory in 1905 and 1906.  After Elmer Jenks first assignment as a Post Master of Alsuma, which he continued until after Oklahoma Statehood, he was assigned as his second posting to be the Post Master of Jenks, Oklahoma in 1908, and with it a substantial pay raise.
