I have provided these Census sheets in full detail since they are only available in any form two ways. One is to physically be in Washington D.C. and visit the archives of the Library of Congress, or be the highest level member of Ancestry. My intent is not only to provide information for this blog but also to help those unable to access these in their personal ancestry research.
Note that the town is listed in 1930 as an unincorporated place named for this Census as Alsuma Village. During my research for this blog this is the only time I have come across this naming.
Also I was unable to find any listing of incorporation for Alsuma.

The details on these pages are greater in detail than the paperwork I completed as an employee of the Census during my renumeration and field work for the 2010 U.S. Census during 2009 and 2010.

The United States Census is codified in the United States Constitution with the first Census data being collected in 1790. The decennial (ten years) Census has been done ever since then.
